Construction

• Paint – Many colors to choose from. We use quality Finnaren & Haley “Storm Plate” exterior latex paint.
• Duratemp FIR T1-11 Wood Siding –Genuine T1-11 exterior plywood (not particle board or OSB!) with a tough, natural looking surface of tempered hardboard. It will not split, check or crack like veneer products. Duratemp’s face is always 100% clear and free of patches and repairs. It is as tough enough to resist dents, damage and weather, with a 25 year limited manufacturer’s warranty. Optional vinyl siding.
• Power Nailed Construction. All wall framing and T1-11 is nailed, not stapled. Galvanized nails are used on all exterior surfaces.
• 2x4 Framing – With 16” on center spacing on 8’, 10’, 12’ and 14’ wide sheds.
• 4x4 Pressure Treated Runner Foundation. Allowing airflow under the floor so it stays dry. We use 5 runners on 10’, 12’ & 14’ wide sheds, 3 on 6’ & 8’ wides.
• 5/8” 5-Ply “Sturdy Floor” – Exterior grade underlayment flooring over 2x4 joists spaced 16” on center (Heavy duty garage floors are 8” O.C.)
• 20 Year (240 1lb.) Asphalt Self Sealing Shingles – In your choice of 6 colors. Under the shingles, ½” CDX plywood is placed over 2x4 roof trusses. Aluminum drip edge molding protects roof edge from moisture deterioration.
• Heavy Duty Stanley “Lifespan” Hinges – With an ornamental black finish, fastened to the main frame on the building with screws for durability.
• 1 Year Limited Warranty – On materials and workmanship.
